Interest Rates

It was expected that the interest rate would but after last week’s meeting the Bank of England’s MPC (Monetary Policy Committee) decided to keep the rate the same at 5.5%

It is now thought the expected cut will be announced in February instead when the quarterly inflation report is issued.
