Property Prices

Month to date the average wait for a property to be sold has come down from 98 days in December to 95 days for January. The average price for a property has dropped for the third month running. This now means that properties are becoming more affordable and those that could not afford before are able to purchase now at a reduce rate. In some areas property prices have been reduced by as much as 10%.

The average price for a property currently sits at £230k.
