Property Hot Spots

According to reports from the Homebuyer and Property Show, London and the South East should see a boost during 2008. They state nearly 70% of investors have said that the South East will be a property hot spot and will bring some of the best house price increases of 2008.

The investors stated that supply and demand is the key and with the improved transport links and regeneration plans the South East will continue to do well.

Second on the list for increased prices was Merseyside mainly due to being named the European Capital of Culture.
