Some people say buying in Spain is no longer a good deal, but Spain still tops the list as the number 1 choice for Brits buying abroad for the second year running. This was once again followed by France.

New to the list of overseas property hot sports was Turkey which enjoys year round sun and fantastic low prices. This replaces Bulgaria which was last years number three and now down to number seven on the list.

The USA came in at number four, some property in the States have been reduced by as much as 30% during the last year and with the pound strong against the dollar buying in the USA could prove to be a good investment.

Amongst the top 10 destinations where Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Turkey and Cape Verde.

According to the Office of National Statistics around 389k Brits moved abroad last year mostly to Europe.
