First Time Buyers

In January the number of first time buyers getting on the property ladder rose by 2%. They also made up a third of all buyers for the month. This could be due to the recent reduction in interest rates which now stand at 5.25% after the cut made last week by the Bank of England. Hopefully this new cut will make it even more affordable to those still waiting.
