Tracker Mortgages
A report recently out has shown an increase of mortgage borrowers opting for a tracker rate mortgage. It was said that 35% of all mortgages in January where on a tracker rate. This trend is likely to continue as experts predict that the rate may be as low as 4.75% by this time next year.
The interest rate is currently at 5.25% which is the lowest since January 2007.
