Increase in Buyers

In February there was more people searching for a property compared to previous months. A recent study has found that there has been an average increase of around 27% when looking back at January’s figures. This shows that people are still actively looking for property and confident with the way the market is heading. The slowing down of house prices in some areas has also not put people off.

It is though that with the two recent interest rate reductions and possible further ones yet to come it has prompted people to start looking, especially first time buyers who now believe they have a good chance of getting on the property ladder at last.
