Housing Market

According to experts the UK housing market is set to recover by the end of 2008 and we should start to see increases in property prices again. During the last six months even though property sales where slow and prices fell it was not by as much as predicted.

January had a record number of people searching for a property and this looks like it will continue. The Bank of England’s interest rate setting body have already reduced rates twice in the last few months with more cuts expected. This is good news for both buyers and sellers.
