Improvement

The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) has reported that the latest housing market survey shows signs of improvement. The number of buyers in January rose by 11% and first time buyers by 14.5%, this was up 3% compared to this same time last year.

NAEA are confident that the housing market is on the road to recovery. The recent reductions in interest rates are starting to have an impact on the market which is good news.
