According to new research the colour of your front door could influence the decision of any potential buyers. It was found that white was the most favourable colour, the study also found that 35% of buyers would refuse to buy a property that had a pink front door.

As well as colour schemes the study looked at what people look for in a property such as having a large kitchen and garden. Another good selling point was to have a garage or off road parking.
