Buy to Let Potential
According to Paul Collins, property editor of BuyAssocation, Newcastle and Leeds currently offer the best potential for UK buy-to-let investors.
He highlights Leeds as an example of a city with a shortage of rental property and states that cities are best as they have a working population with a desire to live close to their place of work.
Newcastle has announced its intention to build affordable housing in the city.
