According to the company Legal and General Property the UK is still a good place to invest in. They also predict that the market should change for the better by autumn time and that now is the right time to invest.

There have also been recent reports in the National newspapers that we are to expect another 0.25% interest rate within the next few months.

A recent poll has shown that 86% think property prices in London will increase during the next year. And 95% of those asked said they are keeping hold of their investments till at least 2009.
