If you are selling your property having a large garden can be an advantage. Not only can you ask a bit more for your property but it will normally help it sell faster as well. If you don’t have a large garden though there are a few things you can do to make it appear bigger. The use of mirrors can create the illusion of extra space especially if you only have a small yard. Trellis is another good option if you have limited space. Rather than take up space on the ground climbing plants give colour and also hide unsightly walls.

Plan your plants and shrubs carefully and make sure they are matched to the environment you are growing them in. The last thing you want is wilting plants when you show prospective buyers around.
