Stable Market

According to the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) the UK property market is stabilising. The average number of property viewing has remained the same so far this year and the difference between asking and selling price is around 5%.

Home buyers are still cautious due to recent events in the property market but the NAEA are confident that things will improve during 2008.
