Property Prices Still Increasing
For the third month in a row property prices have risen. The average asking price is now around £222k which is an increase of 1.8% compared to March. East Anglia saw the biggest rise being 5.1% whilst prices in London dropped around 3% bringing the average price in London to just over £403k.
According to the House price index these increases are encouraging news.
